To my knowledge this can not be adjusted.
These can be tricky with the switching, a few questions on this:
Is this seen in Point to Point and conference calls, or just one or the other?
How long does it take to switch after a speaker at another camera starts to speak? A short video of this may help a lot.
Does it seem to be 'sticky' to a specific camera, as in harder to move away from one of the cameras than another but it comes back easily to that camera?
