I have recently receive C40 and C60 CODECs to install and have noticed the the correct time is not displayed after setting the time zone.  I work in Hawaii and we do not observe day light savings.  Is there a way to adjust the settings to display the correct time (vice changing time zones)?

Hi Scott,

Is the codec provisioned to TMS?
If yes what is the version of the codec and Tms.

From how I see it in the TC software run on C40/C60/... a daylight saving setting is not needed anymore,

it should be handled by the underlying linux operating system.

I only briefly looked into the bugtoolkit but I did not find anything there.

Here it is 00:00CEST (=+2), which is 22:00GMT and you are -10 right?

I had set my endpoit to your timezone with:

xConfiguration Time Zone: "GMT-10:00 (Hawaii)"

$ date

Thu Sep 12 12:05:45 HST 2013

And thats the time which http://www.worldtimezone.com/ tells me as well for Hawaii

xConfiguration Time Zone: "GMT (Coordinated Universal Time)"

** end

OK

$ date

Thu Sep 12 22:06:40 UTC 2013

xConfiguration Time Zone: "GMT+01:00 (Amsterdam, Berlin, Bern, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna)"

** end

OK

$ date

Fri Sep 13 00:07:00 CEST 2013

(btw, the date is a command executed as root, the xommand from the tsh / admin login)

Which software version do you run?

Your NTP server ok?

I am running TC6.2 (maybe you should try to upgrade if it was a bug).

Check that you set the timezone propper, you have to use the "

xConfiguration Time Zone: "GMT-10:00 (Hawaii)"
