The Telepresence Clinical Presence System (CPS) is a C40 video codec based mobile endpoint. It supports multiple screens, a motorized adjustable worksurface, and a number of inputs and outputs.

CPS specifications  and pictures can be found here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/ps7060/ps11304/ps11314/ps11417/data_sheet_c78-648400.html

The VX Clinical Assistant essentially is the slighly smaller brother of the CPS. It is based on the C20 video codec, a smaller footrprint, has a single screen, and a stationary work surface.

VXCA Specs and pictures can be found here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/ps7060/ps11304/ps11314/ps12152/data_sheet_c78-681413.html

Both mobile telepresence solutions are FDA class 1, and you can attach many of your video collaboration devices to our cart.

Clinical HealthPresence (to add some more confusion)is a much broader and larger scale type of solution. Video collaboration is a part of that, but also may contain medical devices, scheduling, data and record aggregation, automatic calling ,etc. used mostly in larger network deployments.

Hopefully that can clarify things a bit.
