TelePresence Content Server and wrong IP in Web interface

Hello.

Sometimes TCS show wrong IP in menu diagnostics. Example in attachment.

When it`s happen the device can not make a calls on the server for REC. But web interface and Remote Desktop Connection works fine.

Why it`s happens and how fix?
