Problem is no dislpay

Led sequence Orange 1   time, Green 1 time continuously

Tried factory restting

Hi Marco,

1 Orange and 1 Green on the CTS plasma displays indicates the display is overheating (high tempeture indicator).  I would first try powering off and unplugging the display for an extended period to see if it cools off.  If the problem still persists or comes back and none of the vents are being blocked you will likley need to contact TAC for a replacement.

Hi Marco,

Apart from what Tim mentioned can you swap the HDMI cable once if not already tested, at times we experience the same sequence when there is issue with the HDMI connection
