Telepresence drops after adding voice bridge

     It is begining to happen quite often now. As soon as a voice port is added to our telepresence for WebEx users the system crashes. What is causing this? It happened several times this morning and 3 times last wee.

If you could tell us a bit more about your deployment, what components are involved, what

software versions are used, how does the exact call scanario look like.

If you do not feel that you get a proper answer and you have a cisco service contract consider

escalating the case as a Serivce request (you can do that with the menu on the right top) to Cisco TAC.

Any how please keep us updated what the issue was and how you solved it.
