there is a connection problem between tms and the system

Sometimes my telepresence management suite send the message "there is a connection problem between tms and the system" and all the call conference and videoconference don't work.

I try to ping all the component of my architecture and don't loss any ping.

Pinging only tells you if the system is reachable on the network, however, it doesn't tell you if TMS can actually communicate with the system.

TMS should issue a ticket which should give you an idea of what the problem is, i.e. lost http response etc.
