TMS 14.3.1 upgrade taking too long

Hi,

We are upgrading our TMS 14.1.1 to TMS 14.3.1 and the upgrade process just stays still showing "TMS is configuring your new installation".

The logs shows, tmsng is being upgraded, but even for 1 hour it is still the same.

That upgrade is performing a major SQL database clean up. Depending upon the data within your database, it could take a while, a long while. If the installer times out, you will need to run the installer via command line with additional cli options. There are details in the install guide for this.

In addition to what Zac says, also reference the 14.3.1 release notes, in particular page 46, i.e. Before you upgrade section.

That upgrade is performing a major SQL database clean up. Depending upon the data within your database, it could take a while, a long while. If the installer times out, you will need to run the installer via command line with additional cli options. There are details in the install guide for this.
