TMS Agent Diagonstics page FIX button issue


TMS Agent diagnostic page i am seeing some error and it is asking me to click on the "Fix" button, but i am not able to find out the "FIX" button. Do you guys have any idea about this issue.

I tried the same in IE 8, IE 9 and Firefox

Hi Nikhil!

Looks a bit that your facing an error on an error handling :-)

Try to recheck that everything is set up as described in the guides. Did it ever work?

Keep in mind that VCS and TMS have to be on specific versions. I f this is ok.

Is it just a single vcs you have clustered?

I would start to do a refresh of the vcs in the system navigator and check the communication

in between the TMS and all VCSs which have the provisioning agent running and check that

the needed ports are open if ther eis a firewall.

If this did not help maybe a restart of the VCS & TMS helps.

if not, provide more info, hope for a better answer or just escalate this case to Cisco TAC.

I have seen this once before, restarting TMS Agent services and re-running diagnostics fixed it.

Worth a shot - if that doesn't fix it, do as Martin suggested; contact TAC.
