TMS Analytics Extension - Error

Hi All

My TMS installation and Analytic installation has been running fine for years but today i got this error on TMS when trying to open the TMS Analytic Extension page.

Any ideas?

I have restarted the Analytic servies and TMS server but that has not helped.

Instead of trying to browse to TMSAE via Admin Tools > Analytics Extension, try browsing directly to the TMSAE Admin URL link in another browser window. The TMSAE Admin URL is shown in Admin Tools > Configuration > General Settings > Analytics Extenstion Admin URL

It's also good to know your TMS and TMSAE versions

Try entering https:// vs. http://

I'd also take a look at the TMS and TMSAE logs, as it suggests.

And again, TMS and TMSAE versions?

And your sure nothing has been changed, i.e. on the TMS or TMSAE side?

All fixed now.

SQL services were not running on the SQL server. Someone had stopped them.

I was just about to say this error as to do when the DWH db is unreachable from the machine hosting TMSAE.

With the SQL services not running, that would do it
