TMS calls in 'trap log', not in 'call log'

Hi

At TMS (13.0.2 & 13.1.2) we can see calls in {system}/trapLog, but they're not shown in {system}/callLog section.

That happens with some Polycom HDX endpoints, but for others the information appears correctly on both secions. We've compared configs between those that show calls on both sections, and those which not, with no difference.

Thanks

Hi

Are all the calls multipoint calls and do you only see this on Polycom units? What if you do a point to point call between this HDX and another system and not the MCU? Do you see the call log for this specific call on the MCU call log?

/Magnus

Hi again,

We've tested with several calls to the MCU and to another endpoints. This happens only in some Polycom HDX.

If we do a call from the system on the previous pictures to a Tandberg MXP, for example, it neither appears in the call log (it does in trap log) of the HDX, but it does on the MXP's. The same happens calling a Polycom VXS.

PS: I suppose you wanted to say "TMS call log" instead of "MCU call log". Calls to MCU from that HDX are shown on the MCU call log.

PPS: Just updated TMS to 13.2, but the problem with HDX persists.

thanks

Hi again,

The problem has been solved.

The source of it was that time wasn't synchronised, so TMS catch calls with an incorrect date and time, and doesn't show them in call log.

Thanks.

Bye
