TMS CCC not responding

   I am running TMS version 13.2.1 and I can bring up conferences/schedule them fine but when I try to view a snapshot of the conference or try to change the layout of the screen it freezes up then does not respond. Also, I'm running Java 6 update 33. I tried clearing the cache of Java and still the same problem.

Did you try to reboot your computer or use a different browser or a different computer?

Which OS/Browser do you use anyhow?

TMS CCC not responding

The computers we use all run windows 7 and we normally use firefox or internet explorer. This problem also occurs on the server which is running windows server 2003 appliance edition.
