TMS Conference Monitoring not working after Java update

I had similar issues yesterday when I updated to 7u51 (with TMS 14.1.1).  I rolled back to the previous verison I had installed and it worked fine.

Upon further investigation it appears to occur becuase of the new security measures in the new release of Java.  You can get around these with the latest 7u51 Java version by adding your TMS server in to the Security Excepton list:

1)     Open Java Control Panel

2)     Click on Security Tab

3)     Click the "Edit Site List" button

4)     Click Add and type your TMS server URL in to the Location box (ie http://tmserver/tms/)

5)     Continue past the warning about http sites if you used http rather than https

6)     Click OK out of the Control Panel

You should then be able to hit the Java pages in TMS without any issues.

TMS Conference Monitoring not working after Java update

I'm running TMS 15.1.0.

I'm running TMS 15.1.0. Client is Windows 7 64-bit.

Whenever I try to launch Conference Control Center (either from IE, Firefox or Chrome) I get Java support has not been detected. This page requires Java to be installed and enabled in your browser. Java may not be installed, or may be disabled in your browser due to configuration or security settings. Please visit the Java website www.java.com to download the Java Runtime or to test your browser's configuration.

I have installed and updated Java.

I have added the TMS server to the Java security list, both http and https, as directed above.

Still nothing. Other client computers on this TMS work fine.

Try deleting all the Java

Try deleting all the Java temporary files and then try to open CCC again.

  1. Open Java Control Panel
  2. General tab
  3. Settings (under Temporary Internet Files)
  4. Delete Files
  5. Check all options and select OK

Thank you for the update, Wayne.  I'll give that a go and update as to whether that works for v13.2.2.

This is a confirmed solution for 13.2.2 as well.
