Incorrect connection status being displayed - A resource shows as connected on TMS but in reality is not and vice versa. Moreover there are considerable delays in getting a site connected. Sometimes it does not connect. This is is same for both managed endpoints on TMS and also phone book entries.
Issue is more frequent now after the upgrade to 13.2 and happens when calls are placed on both 8710 and 8510 MCU.
You don't give many details: Is this in the System Navigator or in the CCC?
Anyhow: I suggest opening a TAC case to get this resolved, as troubleshooting would include getting an experienced engineer to look at the communication between TMS and the MCU in real time in Wireshark, possibly in combination with enabling debug logging in TMS's Live Service. This is not something we want to do in a public forum site!
