TMS - endpoint authentication trouble for TMS after upgrade

Hello,

We're using TMS 14.4.2

We've got about 150 telepresence endpoints (C20,SX20,C40,MX200). They're using TC 7.1.4. 

We-re using permanent configuration template for each model of endpoints.

Since TMS upgrade to 14.4.2 and endpoints upgrade to 7.1.4. Each time TMS push template to endpoints  TMS seems to loose password for endpoints. W need to write again password for each terminal in their configuration.

Has this just started recently, have you seen it with previous versions of TMS?

What password does it seem that TMS is loosing, is it the password that TMS uses to communicate to the endpoints (on an endpoints "Connection" tab in TMS), or is it the endpoint loosing it's password?

In your configuration template, you could use "Other Type: Password" to update the endpoints password within TMS, this will also update it within the endpoint as well.

TMS loose password used to communicate.
