TMS Endpoint Statistics Support

          We have large depolyment customer providing central VTC services (VCS/TMS/MCU/TCS/IPVCR/MOVI etc) to large mixed brand endpoint client base. Our customer does not have a say in what brand their clients select.  Our customer would like to implement improved statistics reporting of all user endpoints via installed TMS (or other method if necessary).  TMS only supports Cisco and Polycom endpoints for discovery and specific monitoring features.  Other endpoints (Sony as one example) not supported by TMS are added via "Room" process for scheduling etc but this approach does not provide endpoint monitoring funtionality.  We are open to any discussions, ideas and/or recommended approaches that would provide a higher degree of monitoring for other modern high quality VTC Stds Based systems that are not branded Cisco and Polycom.
