TMS HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

Hi Experts

We recently installed the TMS 14.2.1 on windows 2012 R2 and we are try to open the TMS application server but the page is not loaded and we are getting below error message. Can you guide me how to resolve this issue

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Hi,

TMS 14.2.x is not supported for Windows 2012, here are the list of supported OS:

Windows Server 2003 SP1 or later, 32 bit

 Windows Server 2003 R2 SP1 or later, 32 bit

Windows Server 2008 SP2 or later, Standard 32 bit and 64 bit

Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 or later, Standard 64 bit

Thanks for your reply. We installed the TMS 14.4.1 version on windows 2012 server (IIS 8). But we are getting the same error.
