I have a few questions about TMS scheduling customization. The end goal is to add a bit of security to scheduled conferencings but still keep it user friendly. We are using both the TMS Admin interface and the User interface to schedule conferences. We may opt to use the TMS exchange integration if need be.
Our environment has the following elements
1 x VCS control - all registered enpoints
1 x VCSLyncGW - interfacing Lync
1 x VCS expressway
all VCS running 7.1 code
TMS - 13.1.2
We have the following goals
We would like to be able to have scheduled conferences automatically setup for registered endpoints to the VCS control but force external participants to enter a PIN to connnect to the conference.
We would like to be able to provide the option to extend the meeting if it's running longer then the original scheduled call. I found this option to prompt to extend but it's not clear what happens if there is a conflict witht the schedule resource.
We would like the dial-in info sent in an email to the conference master to be sent out for the external particpants. Right now the dial in info is not in a FULL SIP URI format it only lists the name of the endpoint instead of "email@example.com".

what they mean. This document attempts to br...
