TMS / SX-20 Phone Book

Hi guys

 

I have an issue regardless the search on the touch panel for a user in my company  .

My sx series is  a device in the cucm an when I search for user I get the user and the Dn, it is okey .

I am looking for a way to search the user and the resolved will be the email address and is extension .than I can choose to dial uri / extension . But

I need an option to dial to a Lync with the email .   

 

Can it be possible ?

You will have to use TMS

You will have to use TMS phonebooks to do it. Integrate TMS with LDAP and pull in the required fields. You will have to upgrade TMS to 14.4 and CUCM to the latest device pack or version to integrate the SX20 with TMS phonebooks.
