TMS & WebEx Integration

All,

I am trying to troubleshoot our TMS/WebEx for TelePresence integration and I am getting stuck.

When I go to 'Administrative Tools > Configuration > WebEx Settings'

Then I add our site, which is enabled for TelePresence integration, I get 'Connection failure'.

"Could not connect to site. WebEx Error code: SystemError."

I did packet capture, but do not see anything worthwile except for the SSL/TLS negotiations.  I can provide the capture if need be.

My bad, did you fill in an A2Q for tis deployment? Without the A2Q Webex will not be configurable on TMS.

It will be better if you open a TAC case, they can check the Webex side as well.

Hi Justin,

A SystemError occurs when TMS expects the user account on an email format like: user@abc.com.

If the login is wrong, then you'll get an "AccessDenied" error.
