TMS XE booking - does not populate title in TMS

Hi,

We currently have deployed the Outlook TMS EX forms for scheduling of meetings.  Noticed that the subject of the calender booking does not appear anywhere in the conference Title in TMS for the same booking.  Is there a way to update the Title of the schedule conference from Outlook form?

The issue you are seeing is mostly likely due to setting on the Exchange mailboxes used for the TP rooms. Please take a close look at the current TMSXE guide:

Look at page 17 and 18, making note of the settings that may need to be altered (DeleteSubject and AddOrganizerToSubject)
