Can i install TMS in a BE6K? Wether it will support redudancy?

Hi,
Yes, you can install TMS on BE6k hardware. See pages 6-7 of the TMS 14.5 Installation Guide for details about what TMS supports in such deployments.
Proper TMS redundancy requires a Network Load Balancer and an external SQL Server, so that's not possible if you just have BE6k.

I have 2 medium density servers,so in this case it supports redundancy?

Yes, if you have TMS installed on each of the servers and have a load balancer in front of them, you will have a truly redundandant TMS setup with fully automatic fail-over. You'll also need an external SQL server (ie, not on either of the two BE6Ks).
