TMSXE and forcing MCU reservation

I have a setup with TMS, TMSXE, Codian MCU and Profile65 endpoints.

The TMS configuration is set to include a MCU for a conference reservation of at least 2 endpoints ("External MCU Usage in Routing "="Always").

All the local endpoints are known in TMSXE/Exchange.

When I now reserve a meeting via Outlook with one local endpoint/room and multiple external parties (via their e-mail address) the room is reserved but no MCU resources.

The Cisco/Tanberg form is not made available to the users in Outlook.

Is there a way to add MCU resources to this type of meetings? Maybe by creating a bogus local endpoint or something similar?

I know you can do this via TMS Conference center but that's not an option for the customer.

I found myself a way to accomplish this.

First make an appointment and add 2 endpoints known in TMSXE as resource..

The conference will be created with a reservation of the MCU.

Once confirmation is received you can edit the appoiment and remove one of the two endpoints.

The conference will have only one endpoint and also the MCU reserved.

Not really user friendly but it works.

I've requested a enhancement request to add an additional paramter in TMS that always reserves the MCU resource for each conference with at least one registered endpoint.
