Has anyone had issues where TMSXE is not reserving the endpoint in TMS when trying to schedule calls? This appears to be fine when done via Outlook
Any thoughts?

Could be many reasons for this. Was it working before? If not scheduling the call through outlook where it works, are you experiencing this issue when scheduling the calls in TMS?
It´s very little information you have provided here, do you have any information that might narrow the problem some more?

Hi,
Sorry the version of TMS we are using is 14.3.0, I have just tried on TMS, this appears fine and wont let me double book as does Outlook. It only appears to be when using TMSXE we have this problem.
From what i understand this has worked in past but we are not 100% as the customer has not supplied much info. Just kind of looking for some pointers or things I can check on TMS?
Is there any other info I can supply that might help?
