If the touch panel is completely stuck and you already try to connect the touch panel directly to the codec, we can go ahead and restart the device or factory reset it.
To factory reset the touch panel:
1. The Cisco TelePresence Touch device can be factory reset by pressing the exclamation mark for 10 seconds until it lights up, then
2. Press the mute button twice. The touch panel should reboot after a couple of seconds with factory settings.
