TX9000 intercompany calls

 

Hi All,

 

If we have a CUCM-VCS integration for internal and outside calls via CTS/TX9000 end-points , does it applicable to TX9000 - TX9000 intercompany calls also, or do we still require B2B exchange integration for calls between two different company CTS's or TX's.

 

I believe it is possible to call Cisco Immersive end-points via CUCM-VCS integration but I have a client who purchased B2B services as well so curious to know if there are any potential limitations of not using the B2B exchange service in this scenario..

The calling process should

The calling process should have no problem.  The bigger question is the quality expectation.  For the best experience, QoS should be implemented E2E for the TX/CTS units and in most cases this is near impossible.  

Can you elaborate on what exactly the "B2B services" are?
