Upgraded CUCM 9.1.2 and unable now to call meeting numbers in CTMS
Hope someone has faced this and found a solution. I have CTMS (188.8.131.52(89)), CTSMan 1.8.2, all end point on 1.9.3 and previously I was having to CUCM 8.6 SU2. I had to upgrade the CUCM to 9.1.2 to be able to add the new TX9000. however certain things that were working before are now no working.
When schedule a multipoint call, there was a meeting number generated and we were able to pass this on to anyone to join the call (some Audio or Video). Since the upgrade, I get the usual prompt, but when I enter the meeting number ID generated by CTMS, system I just reply "Your entry was not recognize, please enter the meeting number followed by #". I entered the meeting number several times to avoid mistakes, but same.
I have updated one codec to 1.10, but issue remainds. if someone have idea and can share it will be great.
