Users in TMS setting the IP ZONE

We are looking at using Smart Scheduler as the user portal to schedule meetings. We have 2 MCU in different IP Zones in TMS. User accounts in TMS from MS AD do not have the IP Zone set by default. Whats the best way to make sure that users from region A by default get IP Zone A set and users from region B get IP Zone B set. Can this be done from and AD attribute?

Hi David,

Manually booking directly in TMS, i.e. Booking pages, you can use the Video Conference Master drop-down list

to determine which system should drive the conference (i.e. MCU1 for IP zone A or MCU2 for IP zone B). And TMS also has some logic when selecting that EP and it is based on capability.

But the best way is to use a Conductor as it is built for this purpose and much more.
