Hi,
We would like to use the ACU or Dimmer Box to control external devices like room lighting and curtains when a TP call as set up.
Is this possible by using the ACU or Dimmer Box and make a connection to it?
We would use it to trigger a switching relay which will activate a device like the Cisco Mediator.
Can anybody tell me which output I can use on the CTS1300 to make this work?
Is this also used by Cisco for the Session in Progress signs which are attached on the outside wall of the CTS3000 rooms?
Many thanks

Hello
As I’m aware Cisco doesn’t support or ether recommend this kind of set up. Using external devices attached to the ACU (as seems possible) could cause serious issue with the system or even failure.
Thank you

Then how is Cisco controlling the Session In Progress indicators outside the room?
Isn't this linked to the CTS3000?
Should be some integration possible, perhaps through Cisco's Mediator>

I seen 'session in progress' sign linked just to the light switch. When the lights were on was displaying message that room is busy.
