We are installing VCS-C and VCS-E currently and so far, most intnernal testing is working fine (although we still have a ways to go to be 100% at this point,) however, external calls are not working. We get several calls per week to/from direct IP hosts on the internet. Doe anyone have any ideas what I might be missing that would allow this to work? The error on the screen (on our side going to an IP based EP) is "Cannot connect call."
I already made sure that the VCS-C was set for "Indirect" and the VCS-E was set for "Direct" and as far as I can tell, the VCS-C has a search rule for IP hosts that forwards to the traversal rule.
