VCS Expressway no audio (intermitten)

Dear All,

 

currently i am deploying vcs control and vcs expressway.

when i call to public ip address, sometimes i don't get the incoming audio but sometimes it is fine.

i use checkpoint as firewall, already disable alg inspection.

any idea? please help

It is handy if you would specify more, like which versions do you use, if you see any patterns, like which call protocols are used, if its specific endpoints or remote addresses which fail and so on.

 

Double check that the h323 and sip alg and helper functionalities are off and that all ports are properly open, there are some ports which have changed, so you want to look at the vcs firewall doc which reflects your VCSs version:

Appreciate your response. 

Already solved this issue. this is caused by firewall, before it use hidden NAT.

This hidden NAT causing intermitten audio. Already change it into static NAT.
