VCS H323 Registered Endpoint Calling CUCM Registered Jabber Client

I have a call as follows:

VCS H323 Endpoint <-> SIP Trunk <-> CUCM Jabber

The call establishes audio only - no video.  The VCS shows 3000 kpbs requested / allocated but the VCS endpoint shows 32kpbs as the established rate.

What could be causing this?

Hi,

Have you checked the bandwidth limitation in CUCM? Checked Location and Regions configuration? Is there any MTP enable in the SIP trunk or in the Jabber device configuration in CUCM?
