VCS StarerPack + TMS - Reporting

Hello,

Customer has VCS Starter Pack + TMS for management.

I know that VCS Starter Pack plus TMS does not support report files. It does not suport all kind reports or some kind of reports?

Custome really want to get Reports from TMS, what can i do to solve this problem?

I never tried to add a starter pack to TMS, just out of curiosity, did you try it?

I would say he needs to upgrade to a full VCS-E + Movi to do so.

(at least reflecting the documentation).

If he has the endpoints managed in TMS at least they shall show the call info,

but you will lack movi stats (which are not that good in the standard TMS reporting anyhow)

and everything else related to the VCS-CDRs.
