Hi,friends
Now i have a problem of vcs starter pack express,when i use the movi,sometimes it prompt " out of licenses" ,but i'm sure the licenses is enough
can someone solve the problem?

Are you able to capture resource usage log from VCS-E Starter Pack?
You can simply login VCS (as admin user) via console or ssh then execute "xsta //ResourceUsage" command.
The output log clarify the current license usage on VCS-E SP.
Example output:

Total: 60

You should able to double check maximum call/registration that your VCS-E SP can handle by executing "xsta SystemUnit Software".

the following is the output of vcs ,i's sure the license is enough,for example,one user of movi can login in China,but in the same time,it can't login in USA, it prompt "out of licenses"

I’d suggest contacting Cisco TAC and open support case for further investigation on this issue.
You should take “debug” level diagnostic log from VCS (you can start capturing and download it from Web GUI) send it to TAC together with VCS-E SP configuration and status log.
Diagnostic log should capture while you attempt register your Movi from China and US.
Please note diagnostic log contain personal information so please be careful posting any diagnostic log on public forum.
