VCS Starterpack Dual Interface option!

Dear All,

We have a demo VCS Starterpack system with CTI-ATP-VCS-SPAKK9.  I made a software upgrade to X7.2 from X6.

Now I want to use Dual Interface and NAT feature for customer demonstration  but I noticed that there is no Dual Interface Option on the  demo product.

I tried to find the ATP order code for Dual Interface but  there is no such as option for the CTI-ATP-VCS-SPAKK9 product code.

What should I do? Does anyone have the same issue?

Hi Tamer

You can open DI option for VCS SP.

I found the Dual Interface option under the License package L-ATP-VCS-PAK like you said.
