VCS virtualization part numbers

Dear All,

Can someone explain what the difference between the following part numbers:

R-VMVCS-CTRL-K9 - E-Delivery - Virtual VCS Control, incl FindMe app

R-VMVCS-EXPWY-K9 - E-Delivery-Virtual VCS Expressway, Dual Netwrk interface

and

R-VMVCS-E-M-K9 - For HW Migration to E-Delivery Virtual VCS Expressway Only

R-VMVCS-C-M-K9 - For HW Migration to E-Delivery Virtual VCS Control Only

Which to be purchased if we need to migrate VCS_Control and VSC_Expressway from the physical appliance to the virtual?

Should we buy again option keys for virtual appliance or we can just transfer from physical servers?

Many Thanks,

Nick

Hello Nick -R-VMVCS-CTRL-K9

Hello Nick -

R-VMVCS-CTRL-K9 and R-VMVCS-EXPWY-K9
This is for a new purchase of the VCS Control and Expressway as a virtual machine.

R-VMVCS-C-M-K9 and R-VMVCS-E-M-K9
This is for existing VCS Control and Expressway that is running as the hardware appliance that you'd like to migrate to a virtual machine.  You'd need to purchase one for every VCS you'd like to migrate depending on if it's a Control or Expressway.

When you purchase the migration for the VCS, your existing option keys will transfer over to the virtual VCSs.  You'll work with Cisco licensing to accomplish this after the purchase of the migration part numbers have been made.
