Video Calls Without Video

Hello,

I have a Tandberg TANDBERG 550 MXP when i call another Video Endpoint there is no video and see this log on 550 MXP Video format unknown.

What could be?

Is the other site is seeing video from you, does this happen when calling one particular end-point or in all calls regardless of system being called? I.e. works with other MXPs, does not work with C-series etc ?

Does it happen with both h.323 and SIP calls?

What software version is the 550 running?

The problem was the IP Routing between the two sites.
