VX Tactical Issue

I have a VX Tactical Box that is stuck on the black start up screen. This box is not on the network, it is used as a stand alone. I was seeing if anyone knew how to reset it or be able to console into it to do a reset. Any help would be great

Are you able to connect it to a network, or directly to a laptop to cehck it via the CLI or Web Interface?

I have same problem. you need rebooting the codec by button. You have two way. First (and hard) unscrew all 30 screw , open case and find power button.

Or second (light) find 3mm holl under soft cover near remote controler place (look picture).

Take stick (toothpick). The button of codec under holl under soft toch cover.

Ok - found the hole ... now what? Same procedure as an SX20?
