November Hotfix for Windows Agent

After downloading the November Hotfix for Windows Agent 3.1.0, I try to unzip and Windows tells me that it is not a valid compressed file.  Is anyone else having issues with the hotfix file or know how to resolve this issue?  Thanks!

We ran into that last month as wel (we downloaded when the last post was).

Try downloading again,  We were able to unzip the files
