we still use Tidal 5.3, need to install the client on workstation, the person doing that cancelled before the install was complete, now it won't allow the install to be done. What needs to be done to clear out everything so the install can be done again?

Hi,
The usual course of action is to delete any folders created on disk by the failed install and remove any registry entries. What's the actual error you get when retrying the installation?
