CUCM Cluster 7.0 (Secure) Migration to New cluster CUCM 10 (Insecure)

Hi,

 I have an old cluster of CUCM 7  with security set to mixed mode and i want  to migrate to new CUCM cluster  with new hardware , new ip address, new hostname, but without security enabled.

What is the best practice to achieve that?

Do i need to add new servers cluster  to CTL Client of old cluster?

In the new cluster i just need to configure IP Phones in non-secure mode?
