Hi,
Please anyone could provide me the document to upgrade the CUCM, CUC and CUPS from 6.0.1 to 10.x version (BE7K).
Regards,
Raaj.

7K is just a selling term, you need to use the regular documentation, for this, either do the jump upgrade, then upgrade to 10, or use PCD. You can also go to at least 8.0(2), then DRS restore on the UCS and keep upgrading.
PCD or jump upgrade would require you to upgrade to a compatible release before anything else.
You also need to review the RNs, new and changed docs, and upgrade guides for whatever path you take. All the information is available at cisco.com and on plenty of previous threads at CSC on how to upgrade.

Thanks Jaime for the reply,
As what i see from Cisco documentation if I'm on version 6.0(1) then i have to upgrade with below path.
6.0(1) - 6.1(1) - 6.1(2) - 8.0 (3) - 10.5.1 (for CUCM manual upgrade)
Now my question how to get the iso file for 6.1(1), 6.1(2) cucm version ?
Regards,
Rajkumar.

Downloads at cisco.com, if you're referring to bootable media, TAC or your SE.
