Data Export error when migrating cucm cluster on version 7.1.5 to cucm 10.0

Hi

Has anyone come across below? If so any suggestions for workaround?

Hi,

 

you can login PCD through putty for seeing the logs

file list activelog tomcat/logs/ucmap/log4j/ detail date

further, run 

file tail activelog tomcat/logs/ucmap/logs4j/ucmap00001.log[for example]

Hi Aman,

 

We did that. it turns out the PCD 10.0000.14 has a bug. Has to do with license file permissions. The issue is fixed in PCD 10.5.
