HELP! LIC-CUCM-11X-BAS-A

Hi

I have a customer asking for 30 LIC-CUCM-11X-BAS-A

She has also indicated that she requires a voicemail function. I am struggling to find out if LIC-CUCM-11X-BAS-A includes the voicemail functionality?

Can anyone help? :)

It does not, "-BAS" implies basic UCL license which does not include voicemail. Only CUWL licenses include voicemail or you can get voicemail user licenses separately.
