Migration of CUCM v9.1.2 & ARC v6.0.1 between data centres

Hi,

I'm working on a Data Centre migration project and we are looking at migrating a current CUCM v9.1.2 & ARC v6.0.1 environment running on virtual machines on ESX hosts.

Can we use Plate-spin as a migration tool to clone the virtual machines and CUCM images and migrate to the target DC without running into problems?

Would there be any licensing issues migrating between ESX environments?

Whether you can plate-spin or not is one question... whether you should is another!

Cisco have specific procedures for moving servers between IPs and so on, which are well documented and you should follow them. Otherwise you risk getting into an 'unsupportable' situation///
