PCD error : Login to node timed out

Dear All,

 

     I am in an urgent need to solve this error. I have cucm 10 at a client site but the trial licence is expiring soon so I wanted to install a new cucm 10 from PCD so that i get a few days trial in the mean while the client will purchase the license for cucm.

     When i run the PCD it gives me error while exporting the cucm backup  stating :Login to node cucm timed out" after this the process pauses.

I have attached the error, please help me out.

I do have the same problem. I have looked at the services on PCD and CUCM and everything seems fine.

Have you found the cause of the problem ?

I was facing the above problem because of my source CUCM server not being licensed. I guess we need the source CUCM licensed in order to migrate it to other server.
