UCCX8.5+CME to UCCX9.0+CUCM upgrade

Hello!

We purchased UCCX and CME-to-CUCM upgrade for our customer. Migration of configuration from UCCX with CME to UCCX with CUCM is not supported. I do "fresh install" of UCCX 9 but I not understand how I can to obtain seats license? Now we have only PAK without seats license (I see only CCX-90-S-P-UPAK qty 1 and CCX-90SP-SUPAK qty 1). Where it is possible to obtain seats licenses?

Based on the above information, it seems you purchased an upgrade for CCX 8.5 Standard to CCX 9 Premium for 20 seats which is denoted the CCX85-90U-S-P-S1.

You need to Register the PAK on https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/LicensingUI/Home

License file will be emailed to you.
