We are in the process of upgrading our CUCM(7.1.5) solution. Solution consists of 4 MCS servers (Which are end of support by now), and we are planning to move this to UCS servers.
We have active UCSS/ESW support for another 6 months. But we couldn't renew the UCSS for another one year because the product has gone end of support. Cisco agent say "For this situation, you should open another termination case and get credit."
This seems really strange since we currently have active contract and we strongly against purchasing new UCSS.
Have anyone of you come across this kind of problems recently, if so let me know your workaround ?
