UCSS Reinstate licenses and migration to v10.

Hi,

I have a customer who has CUCM version 6.1. Their UCSS has lapsed quite some time ago. I'm looking to get this re-instated and upgrade them to CUCM v10 and move them across onto CUWL Standard.

Would I therefore need to order a UCSS reinstatement license for each user, a migration license and 3 years of UCSS to accomplish this? I have found when I try this on CCW - it adds UCSS for the Migration licenses and the re-instatement licenses as well...

The ordering guides are not that clear on it all.

Hi Dave,

I refered the ordering guide which says that Reinstatment is required if UCSS is not renewed within 30 days from the date of expiry.

Secondly,the Part Code is L-REINST-UWL-PRO for Professional user  which when selected in CCW automatically adds UCSS for next three years for that particuler user.Part code is [ L-UCSS-UWL-PRO-3-1].
