I am trying to upgrade a CM server to latest 12.5 and it fails. Upon viewing the install logs i believe this below is the cause of my failure...

I have ran the upgrade via PCD and OS Admin and both fail on this plug-in installation.
i have upgraded ESXi to 6.5
I have modified VM to be version 13 and Cent OS 7 64-bt
VMXNET 3 NIC is used
6GB RAM
2vCPU / 110 GB HD
Not in HA - standalone publisher with CUPS and Unity Connection all running 10.5. PCD Is Latest 12.6x
I also have an InformaCast paging server deployed. Not sure if that is relevant at this point. Any thoughts or troubleshooting ideas is appreciated.
